Seems to be southern Germany as well, maybe Bavaria.

For some reason I seem to be in the Dutch area even though I am Irish. The PCA seems to be saying that the Dutch are a cross between the Danish and the English, if I am reading it correctly.

I notice that fully Irish people (I assume you are) often plot with Dutch or even Scandinavians. I think it suggests that the Irish, Dutch, and Scandinavians share a lot of the same genetics.

Yes, I noticed that too. Maybe it means that the Celts - or whatever term you want to use - were better able to survive genetically on islands and coastal areas than they were in more inland areas.
