Also you can see which snp is providing white or black pigmentation. Just check the image, open your raw data and write your results in proper format.

Like:GGCCNNAANNNNAACTNNNN

You should write NN for gaps.

I recommend you to use Naive Bayes method, most recent one. Post your results.

My results:

This profile is 28,870 times more likely White than Intermediate, and 7,172,544 times more likely White than Black.

Predicted admixture: 100.00 % for White; 0.00 % for Intermediate; 0.00 % for Black.

Therefore, the profile should be White.

How accurate is this for you guys?

Results:

This profile is 3.28 times more likely Intermediate than White, and 272 times more likely Intermediate than Black.

Predicted admixture: 76.41 % for Intermediate; 23.30 % for White; 0.28 % for Black.

Therefore, the profile should be Intermediate.

It is accurate for me, but i have 5 gaps.

There is also this with a bigger variety of skin, eye and hair pigmentation it is used by scientists to predict pigmentation and is offered for free by a university but i recommend reading first the instructions because it is complicated to use and you need to convert (but it is explained how) some of your snp phenotypes, and some you need to leave blank if you were not tested https://hirisplex.erasmusmc.nl/

The difference is that on the skin classifier I-IV is grouped as white on hirisplex (very pale, pale and intermediate) and dark skin (V) is intermediate on the skin classifier while dark to black skin is black on the skinclassifier. So both intermediate categories are not the same.

I guess I'm the whitest man alive.

This profile is 72,227 times more likely White than Intermediate, and more than a billion (109) times more likely White than Black.
Predicted admixture: 100.00 % for White; 0.00 % for Intermediate; 0.00 % for Black.

Not sure I did it right, just filled NN wherever the SNP couldn't be found and then curated it according to what it told me (it gave me an error and told me to replace the 8th SNP for CT instead of GG for some reason).
Either way,

This profile is 337 times more likely White than Intermediate, and 50,702 times more likely White than Black.

Predicted admixture: 99.70 % for White; 0.30 % for Intermediate; 0.00 % for Black.

Therefore, the profile should be White.

I only had 29 of the 41

I only had 8/10

This profile is 30.81 times more likely White than Intermediate, and 333,312 times more likely White than Black.

Predicted admixture: 96.86 % for White; 3.14 % for Intermediate; 0.00 % for Black.
Therefore, the profile should be White.

Maternal Grandmother:

This profile is 15.51 times more likely White than Intermediate, and 8,687 times more likely White than Black.

Predicted admixture: 93.93 % for White; 6.06 % for Intermediate; 0.01 % for Black.

Therefore, the profile should be White.

Me:
This profile is 26.1 times more likely White than Intermediate, and 12,310 times more likely White than Black.

Predicted admixture: 96.30 % for White; 3.69 % for Intermediate; 0.01 % for Black.

Therefore, the profile should be White.

When it says to replace you should replace it with the matching letter aka instead of C you should put G and instead of T you should put A.........

It's because the DNA is built in double stranded way and every nucleotide one one strand is paired with a matching nucleotide on the other strand in away that A matches T and G matches C.

Instead of CT you should put GA

Didn't quite understand your explanation but either way when I enter GA instead of the CT/GG it still returns an error.

Send me in a PM the original sequence and the error.

Still white but slightly black lol.
