Genuinely depends on the region, I know a blonde woman from Catalonia with a faelid phenotype and honestly she could pass in Scandinavia. I’ve also met some that could pass as North Africans.

Berbers, honestly. They aren't as dark as other North Africans. Spaniards don't generally look like them, but more Berbers could go unnoticed over there than Scandinavians could. That goes for all Southern European countries.

Most look distinct from both, but I think you'd find more Berbers who you'd see as looking "Spanish" in a recognizable way than you would Scandinavians. Scandinavians even often stand out in the UK and Ireland let alone in Iberia.

No, there are Berbers living in the Sahara, the most famous example are the Tuaregs and the Mozabites. Many of them are mixed/blacks. Being Berber means nothing about your pigmentation/facial features, it mostly depends of the region you are from geographically speaking
Also 99% of NW Africans are Berbers whether they speak Arabic or not
