If I'm not mistaking its Jew hybrid origin doesn't tell what part of Mexico? Northern eastern Mexico it's that most Jew region of Latin America!

R1B-DF27 is Iberian.
Some Sephardi (and Ashkenazim) carry it as well : they're Judaized Iberians.
No doubts about it.

Apparently I'm not Spanish but aren't Sephardic (and especially Ashkenazic) lines relatively well tested at FTDNA?

That means quite a few matches when indeed belonging to the Jewish sublineage of DF27 but that's not the case for you.

After expulsions they mixed with other jewish communities, after normal migrations too.

People who belong to jewish branches have tons of Y-STR matches, even when the subbranch is not that that frequent among the Jews themselves.
