Definitely more accurate than MyHeritage and FTDNA. At least i can get something from this result. MH and FTDNA were just like random.

My thoughts:

Again i didn't get any Balkan but Eastern Euro.
Germanic is really interesting. I don't have known German or Central/West European ancestor.
Iran and Central Asia point out my Turkic ancestry. Iran is on the way of Turkic migrations so i would expect it.
South Turkey is probably just med.

-My all known ancestry from Balkans.
-I couldn't get any Balkan on MH,FTDNA,LivingDNA.

Any explanation? :D

Congrats.

Looks like a very crappy test in my opinion.

Obviously yes. Still better than mh and FTDNA though.

Agree. Probably less good than Ancestry and 23andme but better than Myheritage and Ftdna.

I was thinking same but it is out of date. There are not enough population samples. SNP amount is low for our current technology. Gedmatch needs update.

Lukas's K36 work with huge population database seems better than typical gedmatch projects. Also G25 is perfectly working for Europeans. Using most recent PCA method and there is no calculator effect which is causing deviation on the results.

That's very surprising. I got a ton of Balkan on MH, Central-East Euro seems to count as Balkan there.

I cannot imagine you not getting significant Balkan on 23andMe.

MH
Europe
100.0%
East Europe
50.9%
Balkan
37.3%
East European
13.6%

West Asia 38
North African 6
