We know Russians west of the Urals already have some East Eurasian input. Those who live in Siberia are likely to be even more East Eurasian mixed due to mixing with Siberian natives, correct?

Not necessarily, it depends on the person. Russians who live in eastern parts of the country are settlers from West. Most didn't mix with indigeneous ethnic minorities.

In the far east(Vladivostok area) many ethnic Russians are descendants of settlers from the area that is known as Ukraine today. That would make those people less mongoloid than those who live in Arkhangelsk, even though Arkhangelsk is much more west geographically than Vladivostok.

On average I'd say yes, however Siberia is huge. In my opinion based on observations Eastern Siberia is more mixed than Western (Eastern Siberia is Irkutsk, Zabaikalsky krai, Buryatia). Also, it depends on the family. Descendants of earlier settlers would be more mixed, while people who came during the last 100 years to live in big cities like Novosibirsk or Omsk shouldn't be mixed. By the way many Siberian Russians are of Northern Russian origin, especially long established families and rural settlements.
