I want a healthy start so here is what I had today:

3 eggs
2 pieces of toast with butter
1 large bowl of oatmeal
1 12 oz glass of milk

I figure I'm getting all my protein and fiber in one sitting!

Skip the toast, since you're obese. Replace with greens.

It depends on your goal.
If you want to lose weight this is too much but if you want to gain muscles or just eat healthy this is a great breakfast

I'm not really obese. I don't think bread is bad. I only have it for breakfast.

What kind of oatmeal? Does it come with sugar, do you put sugar in yourself?

What type of milk?
We need ingredient labels.

Do you have access to pumpkin seeds? Fresh almonds? Brazil nuts?

Toast? What type of bread?

Fatass excuse.

That's still too much of an insulin response.

Who normally eats toasts with a large bowl of oatmeal in 1 sitting?

Okay I see what you're saying. I will probably not have toast then. I also some times have grits which are more carb intense than oats.

It is apples and cinnamon flavored by Quaker Oats. I use 2 packets so that is about 300 calories. I use water for it instead of milk. I like to have toast because I like to have something to dip into my eggs.

One thing I really like about the US is that the food over there is crazy-cheap. Could buy a truckload of meat for 1/6 of the price compared to Western Europe.

Not really. Mr Dr says if I keep having too many sweets in between meals, my intestines might explode by Christmas.

Fried eggs have better taste than boiled eggs, but the last one is more good to your healthy. Anyway, you must know what is best to you. Eat so many eggs can raise your cholesterol levels. Fried egg have less proteins than boiled ones (thank to fry).

Why does everything have to be so complicated? I'll just buy plain oats instead.

you just put them in a bowl with some water and microwave them. it's less complicated than buying an expensive box of premeasured packets.

Try sprouted oats, might have less phytic acid, too much of which can interfere with mineral absorption, turn your bones and teeth into an old woman's, especially if your diet is low in vitamin K on top of that.

If you're trying to lose weight, cut the toast and go for a medium bowl of oatmeal instead.

It's too much, don't have the toast, replace with fruit but overall it's really healthy. I had to eat a big healthy breakfast like that while I was pregnant and it was so hard for me because I always skipped it before. Now I just have coffee.
