1- Argead Dynasty

Possible haplogroup: E-V13

Let's first read about the Argead dynasty. The Argead dynasty claimed descent from the Temenids of Argos, in the Peloponnese, whose legendary ancestor was Temenus, the great-great-grandson of Heracles. Now the myths embellished here can't be taken with a serious claim, however a migration from Argos might be possible. Either way, for the arguments' sake, let's suppose they originated in Macedonia (as it is the likely place).

Looking at the distribution of Paternal lineages at Northern Greece (Which Macedonia is in), the dominance of E1b1b lineage is evident at ~35%. If we suppose they rather originated in the Peloponnese, then we observe a frequency of ~47% (Semino2004). Either way, dominance of E1b1b suggests they were very likely E1b1b men.

Famous men: Alexander III, Phillip II, Ptolemy I soter....

2- Constantinian Dynasty

Possible Haplogroup: E-V13

Constantine was born to a Roman emperor of Illyrian origins. He was born at the modern-day city of Niš. The city of Niš geographically sits not very far from the Illyrian regions, of modern-day Kosovo (please no political posts), and the city of Pristina is not very far away. If we care to glance again on the common lineages we would see a dominance of E1b1b at 47.53% (~48%). Therefore, it is clear that an E1b1b descent of this dynasty is extremely likely, perhaps more than Alexanders'.

Famous men: Constantine I, Constantius Chlorus....

3- Justinian Dynasty

Possible Haplogroup: E-V13

Justinian I, A native speaker of Latin, he came from a peasant family believed to have been of Illyro-Roman or Thraco-Roman origins.
Perhaps one can argue an R1b lineage is more likely since he might have been of Thracian extract. However, his birth at Tauresium, may suggest otherwise a dominant Illyrian extract. The frequency of E1b1b at Skopje (near his birth town Tauresium) is 24.1%, which might have been much more before the arrival of Slavic speakers from the east.

Famous men: Justin I, Justinian I....

4- Old Kingdom Pharaohs

Possible Haplogroup: E-V12 or E-V22

Most (if not all) of Old Kingdom Pharaohs as well as most later Pharaohs have had their origins in the South. Seeing that the south is hot spot of E-M78 especially E-V12 (a frequency of 74% in Upper Egypt) makes this lineages the most probable candidate for the haplogroup of these ancient Egyptian Pharaohs.

Famous men: Djoser, Khufu, Khafre, Menkaure....

5- Macedonian Dynasty

Possible Haplogroup: E-V13

Being born in the Byzantine "Theme of Macedonia" which sits between the Historical area of Thrace and ancient Macedonia. As we have already seen, the dominance of E1b1b (35%) in Macedonia and Thrace (~20) may suggest these people were very likely to have been men of E1b1b lineage, although this is not to assure they are E1b1b, as they might have been J-M172 (J2) and R-M343 (R1b) as well.

Famous men: Basil I, Leo VI the Wise....
