There are outliers in every ethnic group, but the typical Swedish phenotype is 100% Caucasoid. Björk almost definitely has Sami or Inuit ancestry, and you left out important information about Renee Zellweger, she has Norwegian Sami ancestry, not just Norwegian. They look diverse. A mix of North and South European phenotypes. Some can pass easy in North Italy, even in more South parts of Italy, some can pass in Scandinavia. From what I saw, Hungarians don't have a dominant phenotype between them. This is because they was formed as a ethnicity and nation mostly in Panonia, the place where Balkans meet Germanic and Western/East Slavic world. Many of them looks like Hungarians who I meet in Transylvania. Some of them can pass easy in my country too.

Northern Italians overlap with the Portuguese and Spaniards, they aren't Germanic. Nordic North Italians is just a meme. As for Hungarians I say neither, but closest to Germans rather.

Irrelevant, as a group they overlap with other Southerners. Those people you think look German, will more than likely still overlap with other Southerners. Blue eyes/light hair =/= German.
