She's mostly Dutch with some German and French. I think she could easily pass in either the Netherlands or Northern Germany; however, her phenotype is also commonly found in the UK.

If you live in a country for years you get very good a picking out who is native or not, sometimes with closely related peoples there's something very subtle. I don't know what it is, but If saw her in Sweden and she looked like she does on these two pics below, I would assume she was not Swedish.
