Likely has some French ancestry considering his last name but his mother's last name is Rivera-Guzman so definitely has lots of spanish blood as well.

After Spanish, the next most common European ancestry in Puerto Rico is French. I read something like 1/4 of white Puerto Ricans have French ancestry also.

This is true in the large cities (Ponce and San Juan), however in the rural parts of Puerto Rico the whites are basically entirely Spanish. Most non-Spanish Europeans settled in San Juan.
