It matches relevant SNPs with medical conditions, and also certain associated addiction or medicine effectiveness et cetera.

You can sort the results by medical category, risk, and occurrence of the individual SNPs.

My haplogroup showed up when I was browsing the rarest ones.

I found this. It says CC is an indicator of I. But my genotype is TT.

And i found this one. Needs GG genotype for being J2a, i have AA.

It gave me empty box, i suspected something is wrong. When i check external links i saw my SNP is related with Q.
