Would you think he has a significant Amerindian or Black input? There's a kid with his same surname in my college who looks pretty much like him, and he's also from Cordoba. I think Otto is the kid's uncle. Which I find interesting, maybe Cordoba is the "whitest" department of the Colombian atlantic region? I've also seen some folks from Cordoba who look much more Euro than other Costenos/Corronchos
