With British Islanders and Scandinavians, you can’t always tell. Nevertheless, I’d say that the first one is Norwegian and does look Hallstatt with slight Troender admixture. The second one fit in with the Anglo - Saxon race. However, who knows? I might be wrong.

you are wrong for sure. This is a really easy case in fact. Norwegian def. has some residual Cm traits, his long ape-ish philtrum and lips, upturned small nose. the Brit def. has visiblie "Med" aka Farmer influences in facial features - he is def. not Anglo Saxon in Coon sense with his rather lower head and unmarked, soft features, even Sebastian Vettel is a better Anglo Saxon compared to him lol.
