I'm not sure, there is little information about her in English. She was born in Istanbul apparently from both Turkish parents. Her older sister (https://www.google.com/search?q=açelya+elmas&client=ms-android-asus&prmd=inv&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjwwefAh5jfAhXGlZAKHf-dD-4Q_AUoAXoECAgQAQ&biw=360&bih=560) is also an actress and I think she looks a bit more typical.

Idk I go almost every year to Turkey and not only Gaziosmanpasa. These types could exist as someone with obviously foreign ancestors, but this is my oppinion as I said.
