Not at all. I have NEVER seen an andaluz that looks like the second picture. 90% of andaluces look like any other Spaniard (even there are lots of very light types). The main difference with the rest of Spain is that they have 50% of all the gypsies in Spain (and we have 1 million of them). And in the last picture I uploaded he looks totally gipsy.
