Keyword is that marked "oid" as in "with resemblance". But I can't truly put my finger on what he could be classified as. What I find more interesting than the cranial measurements is his coarse paleo-mediterranid appearance in the facial features. I would relate this to archaic cromagnon-influeced types like Berid, Berberid and Paleo-Atlantid. However he isn't particularly robust which is why I mention an armenoid-like influence, which I assume is part of the "Baskid".

That begs the question, is Baskid robust? I've seen many people vaguely describe it as an "Atlanto-Med with Dinaroid traits". But in that case wouldn't that mean Abascal would have said robust features?

Tbh I'll give the benefit of the doubt and say he's Baskid with a paleolithic influence. If you think about it he would be more like a pre-indo-european iberian type.
