My self and Gospatric are using Mícheál Ó Siadhail's Learning Irish which is focused on the Cois Farriage sub-dialect of Connaught Irish. At best I can produce the pronunciation chart for you :D.

Otherwise either go out and buy it or if you are interested in another dialect I may be able to provide you the material (PM me for further details).
