I知 part Abruzzi and was curious on the phenotypic differences between people from Rome/Abruzzo/Lazio and the far south of Italy (e.g. Sicily, Campania, Naples, etc.). I知 assuming Abruzzo probably has some Greek influence because they池e on the Adriatic Sea and I got 11% Greek on MyHeritage instead of Italian (I知 ⅛ Italian).

Could anyone provide some pictures for comparison? Thanks!

All Southern Italians (basically Campania and Abruzzo south) look very similar on average.

The differences are, however, while minor, that:

1. People from the Adriatic coast look more Balkan, and are somewhat closer to southern mainland Greeks,
2. Sicilians and Calabrians have more people who could pass in West Asia and North Africa,
3. Campania, Abruzzo, and Molise have more phenotypical overlap with central Italy than the further south regions.
