I hypothesize that Neolithic farmers, having long been subject to molecular evolution in hot contexts, have developed a relatively low average genotypic IQ, while the Mesolithic hunter-gatherers of western Europe and the hunter-gatherer of Caucasian origin, having been subject to molecular evolution in cold environments, have developed a relatively high average genotypic IQ, and therefore the subjects with high cognitive potentiality from territories in which the average IQ is low have a higher amount than the average of their counties of distinctive allelic variants specific ancestral groups.
