He looks to have some Scando ancestry, but could not tell what phenotype he is.
PaleoAtlantids have longer and more prominent and wider noses.
Your father nose might look German, or so.
You can take autosomal DNA for your father, to see.

He died years ago, so he can't make a test anymore. I have found photo in much better quality of him. I think I will post it in this thread when my computer will work again.
EDIT: Now I get it. Yes, I am thinking about taking a DNA test for my paternal line.
