Pigmentation is essential. Can't really tell much because of B&W photos.

Begrudgingly I'll just go with Alpine & Atlanto-Med, which are pretty apparent in the last two photos when he was younger. In the first two photos, as he's older, he looks somewhere between Atlantid & Baskid.
