Nowadays, only 44% claim to be White in Brazil. In fact, Pardos have surpassed as the single largest racial group in Brazil at around 46%. The new oficial national census is coming in 2020 though. I am looking forward to seeing it since I will be one of the many pardos who will change their race from White to Pardo or Black when I update my legal documents next year.

Os brasileiros, em geral, só prestam atenção quanto a cor de pele. Tem gente que nasce com cabelo e lábios finos, pele escura, e acabam se identificando como negras, só porque tem pele escura - ignorando os outros traços. Eu acho que tu és trirracial, mas o que predomina em ti é a ancestralidade europeia e indigena. Tu poderias passar como uma gaúcha facilmente.

Maybe you are a quarter a ssa and your ssa genes are being dominant. But im 25 percent ssa and dont look as ssa as you are. It maybe alittle more recceessive in my case. My sister is obviously Octoroon, and my mother doesn't seem to be more than 25% SSA, so I can only be octoroon or adopted (which is impossible cause I have literally my mother's face with my father's jawline and eyes)

So your sister may not have the same amount of african ancestry as you. Its randomly distributed. If you had a low amount of native its possible that you may have some and she may not because its randomly distributed. This happens sometimes in geneology where one sibling may share dna with a distant cousin but the other sibling may not share with the distant cousin

Keep in mind that average pardo Brazilian is already pred euro something like 60-75% Euro.

I tend to believe pardos are more leaning to 60% Euro or lower because for someone to be considered pardo, they usually have to be clearly brown-skinned, except for South Brazil and some Southeastern countryside regions. It also makes sense since Brazil is about 67-70% European on average. Pardos and Blacks are obviously less European than that and (self-declared) Whites are more.

One thing I learned we can't really rally on phenotype since we are multimixed people by many generations probably by that conquest of that American continent.

Me myself look around 60-70% Euro but I could possibly be only 55% or 75+ what I'm trying to say we don't inhered exact genes as our other relatives you could be double as her since to me you look 30%- SSA.
