It could be the case for him.
However usually the opposite is true , ie white Americans claiming to have Amerindian ancestry when there is little or no evidence for such a claim.

Turkey diverse enough for people from different regions to pass here, but still an average Westerner is exotic and stands out.

Jimmy Fallon's ethnicity doesn't matter in such a case. The way that he is looking matters ever since thread is about him, not Irish people.

All European countries have exotic people, what happens is that some are more visible than others.
It is not that southern Europe has more exotic people than the rest of Europe, but in southern Europe it is easier to identify an exotic person, I do not know if you understand me.

I am not sure I agree with this statement.
If you were to compare the number of Dutch than can look like Turks with the number of Spaniards (or Italians or Greeks) you would see that the Dutch number is lower.
IMO Northern Europeans can have exotic types with or without light pigmentation. It is that this number is rather limited compared to their southern European counterparts. Not saying that southern Euros are exotic, both North and South have a few exotic types, I am saying northerners have even less.
They have also invented special terms to justify these woggy exotic types of theirs, "paleo Atlantid", "Tydal", etc.
