No. Dodecanese have post-Neolithic Levantine input, similar to what southern Italians have. They are mixed too, just not with Slavs.

I think what really causes the similarity between Cyps and Lebanese is shared Anatolian ancestry, not just Levantine. It seems far more likely to me that the Dodecanese received Anatolian based purely on proximity. It would also explain why they are the closest Greeks to Cyps too
