Czech people and offensive humor

I think many people would find disturbing what kind of humor we had when we were ten years old, the "guys, listen what horrible joke I found yesterday" moment was part of ordinary school day. Adults also don´t seem to have problem with cruel, sexist, homophobic, racist,.... jokes, people who complain are seen as sensitive and emotional by majority. Even today Czech people are completely untouched by pc culture.
Is it more regional or dark humor can be viewed as Czech cultural trait or stereotype?
