I see quasi-Alpinid, Atlanto-Keltic/Brunn, North Pontid, Pamirid, giving him a sort of pseudo-Jomon look but this poor unfortunate nigga doesn't even look Japanese (aside for a few subtle features) but half-English half-Russian (Central Asia) instead.

Low-key also reminds me of Maines siblings (Nicole Maines, Jonas Maines).

Fits very well as Romanian. I'd classify him as Alpine-Turanid mix, something common here...

He looks almost identical to some tatars, bashkirs. Can pass in central asia also, but less typical
