"В Белоруссии разворачивается вялотекущая война символов, сталкиваются два толкования истории – пропольское и общерусское (пророссийское). In this part of their ideology, the Litvinism movement recognizes an Eastern origin of the Belarusians, but they consider Belarusians as politically less successful relatives of the Poles, who have more in common with the Poles than with the Russians."
