He seems rather long skulled, possibly an intermediate between Gracile and Atlanto-Med.

Atlanto-Med. Passes in Spain as typical.

Agree, has even that minor Baskid element that is so typical in Spain.

Not all Spaniards have horse faces. Gracile-Meds also exist in Spain, which is not a horse face phenotype.

Luna was born in Toluca and raised in Mexico City. His mother, Fiona Alexander, was a British costume designer of Scottish and English descent.[1][2][3] She died in a car accident when Luna was two years old.[4] His father, Alejandro Luna, is a theater, film, and opera set designer, who reinforced the importance of theater and the arts in his life. Alejandro would bring Diego to the sets and mentor him in different aspects of art, cultivating a desire to become an actor and uphold the family tradition.[5]

Looks like those male figures in 15th century Italian paintings...

He looks more Dinaro-Med to me with some Baskid and Atlantid elements? Trans Meds are pretty dark compared to him and usually pass best in North Africa.
