East-Med/Berid + Trans-Mediterranid, looks very atypical for an italian IMO, he looks a bit like a mestizo latin american, similar to people like Inma Cuesta.

There is a photo of him with Lorenzo Insigne and he looks noticeable darker than lorenzo.
