Amerindian predominates but not by much. Most look about 50-60% Amerindian, and 40-50% European. I see no Sub-Saharan African input.

How well do they (in some cases) pass in Argentina? Individually most could pass in Colombia, but as a group they look different. All the same, some faces look uniquely Mexican and cannot pass at all, like this girl playing the violin:

In the early 20th century, it was largely settled by Czechs, Poles and other Slavs. However, since at least the 1970's, Latin Americans - mostly Mexicans - have taken over.

Many girls who are dancing in other pics pass well here.
But I agree that girl with the violín looks too disctint.
But many of those clearly mixed individuals don't pass anywhere in South America, including also Perú and Bolivia because the traits are different.
México is not a predominantly indomestizo country and Bolivia and Perú yes, they are. But apart of that difference, andean traits are totally disctint.

Same case here.
And we have regions which are uber mixed, in the nort-west, but for sure traits are different because of the disctint amerindian background in those regions (Andid mostly).
