There are some pretty smart fat people throughout history, though. I wonder if people associate obesity with laziness , and laziness with low IQ . They go hand in hand. But do they really?

Is being fat your new obsession?

I’ve read that obese people are less smarter because they’re less aware what they put in their bodies. Not sure if it really affects IQ. And yes they’re lazy.

They're not lazy. I know fat people who have full time jobs and do everything that thin people do. Probably more. They just have trouble in that one area. It's funny how people seem to have more empathy for drunks or meth addicts. But somehow, if you like food too much, you must be lazy.

Don’t know. People I know who’re obese prefer to go with the car to a 5 min walking distance place. And no neither I have empathy for drunks or meth addicts. I was once in the bus and 2 obese women were eating some junk food while its forbidden and the driver went nuts because of them doing that. Things like that can annoy me yes.

And lmao at you for thumbing me down because I give my opinion xD

A lot of people who aren't obese can still have bad diets and eat junk food. If you see a thin person eating a cookie, it has no affect on you?

You can eat whatever you want as long as if you eat it REASONABLE and are aware what you’re eating. Junk food now and then? I don’t have problems with that. Neither I do have problems with obese people because they do it them theirself. I dont care. It just things what can annoy me for that moment.

Not really, but I think some fat people can seem more autistic.

I eat junk food now and then and I'm obese. I guess I'm one of the few people who can't eat much at all.

I don't think laziness has anything to do with low IQ. So no.

I was formerly obese (Roughly 95KG/209lb at my worst), i'm now at a normal weight (69KG/152lb). What I can say for sure is that when I was obese I was going through a pretty damn rough patch and didn't feel like doing anything, so yes, I was very lazy. Being fat is absolutely not fun and should not be encouraged

Regarding junk food: There are so many stupid theories when it comes to what makes you lose or gain when when it's really as simple as this
Eat more calories than you burn = weight gain
Eat fewer calories than you burn = weight loss

For the last 3 months i've eaten like absolute shit and lost 20KG, no loose skin or anything. KFC, McDonalds, Chocolates and the like. All I did was make sure I don't consume over 1000 net calories a day. You can eat what you like so long as you don't go over your maintenance calories. Use this to get a half decent estimate of how many calories you should consume a day to lose, maintain or gain weight.

I know fat people who are very active. They are the opposite of lazy. One guy I know directs high school bands and he travels all around the world for a living . He works long hours and he doesn't get as much sleep. He is very driven to be the best at everything he does. He has never had his weight under control. He takes care of his sick wife who has auto immune disease. He is the opposite of lazy. I have never seen him be lazy. In fact, he's always full of energy. And I have no idea how he does it.

Lazy? Probably. Low IQ? No.
