Is this some kind of trap?
Let's see: two in the middle are Northerners and the surrounding two might be Southerners.

Frankly, first from left doesn't seem Italian at all.

Right, the first one is not Italian. Now is fixed.

The man on the right must be from South Italy. He's so exotic that he'd fit in perfectly among the nighclub attendees Sikeliot likes to post.

Silly game, there are many Italians with mixed roots and I don't believe you know their ancestry.

No I don't, I only know where they were born. Don't take this so seriously, It's only a funny game.

He could fit in Damascus better than in Rome or Athens  He is obviously southern and an extreme phenotype.

Ok but the birthplace means nothing, I was born in Cremona and I don't have a single ancestor from north Italy

Weird even for southern Italian standards.

Well, from left to right

1 Manuel de Luca, born in Bolzano (South Tyrol)
2 Daniele Rocco, born in Magenta (Lombardy)
3 Nicola Talamo, born in Pozzuoli (Campania)

They all are southern Italian surnames except Rocco that is both southern and northern.
