He's half Peruvian and very swarthy, though to me personally he looks more North African than mestizo.

You've seen very few north Africans in your life then.

Well, that's true. That's why I've said it's a personal opinion, not a fact.

Imo north Africans don't have this vibe. There are many north Africans and also Peruvians in Italy

Do we know where all these people are from?
Though being not an agent of white washing Southern Europeans to much i hardly believe
this person is fully native Italian.

Interesting, I never knew there was such a connection between Italy and Peru. Do you have immigrants from other Latin American countries too?

He looks Italian in the first and second photo, in the third obviously not but he could pass someone that have minor Gypsy influence

He's half-Peruvian lol. His mother is Peruvian.

He gives me a North African vibe..
His last name must be related to the Serbian surname, Lapadatovic (Romantic origin)

Imagine if he wasn't a famous footballer, but just a norman random person found on facebook, and people start posting his photos here, everyone would think that Southern Italians look like this.

He is exotic even for the South Italians usualy posted here
I guess the OP's intent was semi satyrical
Regardless of his heritage, if his nose was different, I think he would pass in Southern Italy, with generous room to spare

In certain neighborhoods of Milan you're better off if you know Spanish than Italian given the number of Latin American immigrants or naturalized Italians of Latin American family.
They're nice and law abiding people but they sell you a poor quality cocaine.

One night this month, when the inspector told one of the young men to show a ticket or face the consequences, another produced a machete and hacked off his left arm.
It was left hanging by little more than a thread. Four surgeons at Milan’s Niguarda hospital operated for more than eight hours to try to reattach it. It is not yet clear how much use he will regain of his arm. But it could have been worse – a second machete blow, which Mr Di Napoli deflected with his good arm, had been aimed at his head.
Damn.

He wouldn't look Italian not even if he started singing "Fratelli d'Italia" after a plastic surgery to look like Matteo Renzi, believe me.

Southern Europeans are already white, so there is no need to whitewash them.
This man, even if he was fully Italian, would be very exotic.
