Yeah some Pakistani Christians seem to be converted from "higher" castes like Jatts as well although most look "lower" caste. This girl is probably Punjabi Christian though not sure if she looks South Indian Christian. Bohemia is Punjabi Christian and also from Karachi.

Honestly it can be hard to tell for sure. Occasionally low castes can look like high caste. There is a strong element of randomness to phenotype.
