Possible. They are both natives of Perpignan from Southern France.

They could both pass in the Balkan Peninsula.. as well as pretty much every in Europe, excepting most particularly the Baltic States and East Slavic countries, IMO.

I think that Sébastien could pass as Spanish or Italian.

The skinnier one is mostly atlantic with minor alpine and I agree the fat guy doesn't look French, more spanish or maybe Italian.

Molas is a French commune in the Occitanie region, near the Spanish border. The guy surname is Molas so probably there’s where his ancestry is from. To my eye he looks Southwestern European, be it Southern French or Iberian.

Just to clarify, Frederic Molas, the guy with the glasses looks normal average french to me. It's the other fatter looking one (Rassiat) that I think looks Spanish or Italian.

The blue eyed one looks NorthWest European to me. I can see him passing easily in Britain and Ireland.
The Brown eyed one looks very Italian to me (more North), he can pass as Spanish quite easily too.

People from Roussillon (which is where he is from) are often largely Spanish and Italian admixed.
