She looks slightly baltid but don't judge based on her hair colour. It is very clearly bleached (her roots and eyebrows dont match) and is not naturally so light, although she could very well be blonde.

Iduno, she has some kind of Cromag element, possibly Berreboid, the eyes look East Mediterranean(oid). Her real hair color is likely brown. She looks prognathic. The nose has an interesting shape, looks slightly mid-eastern or east med.

Btw, I've run into a few blonde, blue eyed Greeks. My old roommate was a greek woman and she looked almost identical to the news reporter Lara Logan, in fact I thought Lara Logan was Greek until recently.
