There is also the gracile-med type, which is very common in southern Italy. It also exists in Iberia.

Atlanto-Mediterraneans are absent in Eastern Europe, it's totally Western type, who have CM influence, and they are more lighter than typical Meds. He is not Pontid too. This guy is very swarthy, and have very gracile features, will pass very well in the most Southern part of Europe, from Iberia to Turkey, and even some parts from Middle East.

I can be dramatic with classifications, huh? Lol. Transmed is a mixture of gracile and Atlanto Med.

We can just simply classify him as Med then. I will take Taurid back because he seems to be more between Doli & Meso I think. But there is something 'eastern' about him. If 'east med' were a legit classification, I'd classify him as such. I can see some Cappadocian Med as well, which is Iranid mixed with Mediterranean (I know, this is like a taboo in here because apparently Europeans can't have 'eastern' phenotypes). :p

I think you can make a case for Atlantid being legit and existent (I believe it's homogeneous to Nordo-Mediterranean, and people can have that 'look'), but Pontid never floated well with me and it should be scrapped. I mean, I am guilty of using it, but I happen to use it for Meds who have light pigmentation and light brown hair, such as those from Bulgaria/Romania/Greece, who have a Slavic or eastern European look.
