Very nice.
Makes sense to me (Asia Minor - Turkey, North Africa - Morocco, SE Europe may be Sephardic or West Asian as well).
Were your parents born in Israel?

Are you indeed J-L283? It's rather rare among Jewish people, although there are two specific clusters I know of:
Y37838: https://yfull.com/tree/J-Y37838/
Z39653: https://yfull.com/tree/J-Z39653/

J-L283 is what 23andme gave me, WeGene gave me J2b2a1 and Xcode game me J2b2a, I'm not sure if these are just different names for the same haplogroup.
Is it really rare ? I thought that J2b groups are the most common among jews.

J2? Yes, it's frequent.
J2-L283? Not so much, there are much more numerous branches.
Higher in numbers are branches like J2-Y15223 https://yfull.com/tree/J-Y15223/
and J2- L556 https://yfull.com/tree/J-L556/ (more info here: https://jewishdna.net/J2a-L556.html)
However, as I said earlier, there are some Jewish subgroups as well but they are not as significant as former groupings under J2: https://j2-m172.info/2015/10/j2b2a1-l283-origins-by-diversity-and-subgroups-focus-jewish-lineages/

I'm 10% sephardic and 4% asia minor. Do you consider your results accurate to your family history and documentation?

Well , at first i was so surprised .. I didn't know any jewish in my family .. but not very because i live in north Africa .. alot of jewish converted to Islam and integrated .. but 27% is quite high , then I went looking into my match I found some of jewish relative .. i didn't my g25 coordinate and I found out that indeed I have some jewish ancestry but not as much as 27% because is really high .. I think I have Minor jewish background and other percentage is overlap with Iberian or South Italian anecerty..
you have to look into your relative if you have any jewish name or do g25 coordinate and ask member to run your data .. I see you are 4% Asia minor .. then probably your jewish is real because alot of jewish have anatolian anecerty .

Most Moroccan Jews (something like +95% of them) were sephardic expelled. At least the historical records mention that.
