No, that's got nothing to do with what I said at all. The English, along with many other Germanic peoples, have been happy to assimilate Celts - after all, they're white. The Spaniards, on the other hand, have assimilated Moors, which is why the Spaniards are not universally regarded as white.

There are many German girls, which are top models. The frequency of German ancestry among top models is rather high, while I never heard of Greek top models, though. Still I’d never say, that there are no beautiful Greek girls, because I’ve seen a lot of really hot ones.

I was in Greece for vacation once, me within a group of 3 other German friends. Seriously Greek girls were pretty much attracted to us and we digged them.
There was also a Polish girl, who worked as animatrice in another hotel and we've met her on her free day while going out. She told us that most Greek women love the nordic type guy and prefer tourists from Nordic countries over Greek men, at least that was her experience after one year in Greece – maybe a reason for why you dye your hair?

Anyways, Balkan peoples are good looking mostly, especially Yugoslavs, Romanians and Albanians. While Northern-Europeans are good looking, the English and the British as a whole aren't known for their good looks and never were, as for the Iberians I'd say from personal experience that they're not that good looking.
