The English tell Irish jokes... how about you?

What country or nationality do you tell jokes about? I would imagine some neighbouring one with which you've had a long and not always peaceful relationship. The English still tell Irish jokes to this day, though to be fair, I've never met an Englishman who has any genuine dislike of the Irish (though the converse certainly isn't true).

Mexican jokes are very popular here, although not politically correct.

Canadian jokes are a lot more light-hearted/good-natured than most Mexican jokes here, though.

I don't usually make jokes about other countries, but here in Brazil it's common to tell Portuguese jokes.
