By this I mean if you totaled up every person in North, Central, South America and the Caribbean, do most people have at least one African ancestor from the trans-atlantic slave trade?
I suspect yes, with white Americans, white Canadians, Argentinians, and Uruguayans being the exceptions.

Many South Americans maybe, but I think it is very low in North America. On the other hand, I think almost all blacks are 10-15% or more European

According to 23andMe's statistics, of about 78,000 white Americans tested about 1-4% have hidden African ancestry, averaging around .5-.75%. https://blog.23andme.com/ancestry-reports/our-hidden-african-ancestry/

Why has there been more mixing in Latin America? Where the Spanish more tolerant or are the Mediterranean men just players?

No they only banged the women of slaves and never let them touch their own women.
Thats normal, usually.
Not in 2020 tho.

I assume it is because of how they were viewed. Spaniards were already banging natives, I guess they saw the Africans as no different
