What does an average serb look like? Are they tanned, dairk hair ?

Average Serb will have dark brown hair, a moderate complexion, and dark colored eyes (though light colored eyes are not uncommon by any means)

Bosnian/Croatian Serbs tend towards lightness of eye and hair color more so than their counterparts in Serbia..

I would say the differences are really negligible. Northern Serbs are quite a bit lighter than southern Serbs, and the same is true for Croats.
All of these ethnicities have about 35-40% light eyes, large majority dark hair.

You forget northern phenotypes like Borreby so-called Balkan Borreby, very common along with others.

Depends, Dinaric influence is not rare, but especially his face I find familiar.
I heard from someone that in Moldavia there are a lot of tall, robust uber Dinarics like in Herzegovina. I think this is exaggeration.

I think is a exaggeration, people here are not very tall, I for example have only 1.80 m, I am taller than my father for example, but tall people are not uncommon here.

Yeah I wanted to say he looks more Bulgarian but you can't deny similar phenotypes do exists, at least in Serbia, don't know for Bosnia how common they are.

Pretty rare type in Bosnia.
In Serbia he fit the best in eastern/southeastern part.

Look at on B and you can find surname Bukvić on this list of Montenegrin surnames www.montenegrina.net/pages/pages1/antropologija/prezimena/prezimena.html
Exist in various places in Montenegro.
Can be Montenegrin look as well.
My pigmentation is very similar to his and people often say I look Montenegrin.

Can be Montenegrin look as well.
His look is more common in Montenegro than in Serbia or among Bosnian Serbs.
He has something Montenegrin in facial vibe.
I can notice Montenegrin vibe ragardless of phenotype. Serdar Janko Vukotić and king Nikola had very Montenegrin vibe, something strictly and confidently in expression.

The second guy is the least typical guy out of all that were posted in this thread. Still, I've seen enough men like him since plenty of people in Belgrade have Montenegrin roots. Of course, unless you're at a large gathering of some sorts, expect to see such a look only occasionally.
