I thought the other way around but Western Europeans seem to have more Southern Central Asian admix than Eastern Europeans but how come? Brits and Irish seem to be more Southern Central Asian admixed than Western Europeans even.

My tentative reasoning: given the carriers of the genetics in question were hunter gatherers, they were less likely to impart their genes in stages, at each "stop" along their sojourn.

Rather, they migrated with greater fluidity towards/into Western Europe, and for whatever historical reasons, turned sedentary there, and deposited their genetics with more intensity.
