First one is typical orientalid.

2nd one has clearly Peloeuropid (Y) element and one of brachycephalic elements- probably Armenoid (H) rather then Laponoid. So I would vote for Pseudoalpine type (YH)

That wouldn't be brachycephalic. Both CM and Atlantid are are supposed to be dolichocephalic types.
