well guys he is weird looking. Norics are common phenotype in southern Croatia, i think light south Croats are mostly Noric. This dude I would never guess Dalmatian, has Russian or Latvian face imo

He just looks foreign man. Look at his wide face and this lips. North Croats can look like that but never seen Dalmatian with such facial features.
Jolonsaro gave good classification imo. baltic + dinaric which is very rare mix. Don't see anything nordic about him and he is def. not depigmented dinaric either, looks absolutely foreign in Albania for example

Strange, I never would have guessed his face is so unusal for your standards. I've seen some other blonde/northern-looking Croats who to me, a Serb, look way weirder and couldn't even pass in my country, such as Domagoj Vida, Tin Jedvaj, Ivan Strinic, etc.

He would be not rare for northerner but for southerner I think he is. Strinic is blond and southern but he got that long face they usually have. Most Dalmatians I see in Zagreb are swarthy, i know fair people aren't that rare among them but they rarely look truly northern imo. or maybe i am just not familiar enough with them to judge lol

What I'm saying is that main difference between north and south Croats isn't pigmentation (despite north is lighter ofc, but it's still just brown hair on average), but features. I'm dark haired, but my features don't look Dalmatian at all.
