Well you don't need to be strict about it just look where the same phenotypes are found.
But If I was to see them in my multiethnical neighborhood in Athens(where certain ethnicities live) I'd think your cousins are russians/polish/bulgarian/romanian and pg in albania/greece (unless he had different pigmentation that's not seen in old photos)

Yugo members here have such fine eyes, to see differences, I do not have.
