They're the councilors of the city I live in.

Obviously in Spain, and I don't think they pass as a group outside the Iberian Peninsula.

Where do they pass in Brazil? Like cities and/or state(s)?

They pass in every place/state here. Some particular places they fit better as a group. Cities like Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo have portuguese comunities; here in Santa Catarina we have a big number of azorean decendants in litoral areas (very homogeneous in some "freguesias"). In Northeast, they fit better among the white colonial elites which still rule the political scenario.

They fit better in Greece rather than Sicily to answer your question, though not everyone in this set could be Greek.

Atlanto-Med, Alpinid, Atlantid, Norid and blends of these.
Can also fit in Spain and Northern Italy.

Leftoid plus Tyranoid with Slight Corruptoid overall.

They fit in Venezuela, Uruguay, Bolivia, China, North Korea, Cuba......

Jokes aside they look like many Alentejanos I've seen. I would say Atlanto-Med, Gracile-med and Berid. Also some Alpine...
