I am part of this haplogroup. I know nothing about haplogroups, what does it mean?

This haplogroup was present among Neolithic farmers of Europe, it expanded there from the Middle East some 8,000 years ago. It is mostly present in Eastern Africa (not sure), Egypt (approx. 9%), in Iraq (approx. 8%) and in Iran (approx. 6%). It is also present in Italy at a rate of 4.2%.
