The girls pass better within Russian range then he passes as Serb. He looks more scando to me. Could pass but a bit atypical.

In my opnion the guy looks like a mix of Nordid and Baltid the girl in the middle looks like Pontid and the girl on the right looks like Baltid.

Anyway, the guy is Balto-Nordid. Girl on the left is Pontid + Alpine (tan is fake, hair is dyed) and the one on the right is mainly Baltid indeed.

Guy would be atypical in Serbia but I know examples from Vojvodina region for some reason that look similar so he can pass as atypical. Baltid?
